2010 LATE Registration Instructions

1. You will need to bring 3 completed registration forms and applicable fees with you to our tryouts at Greenbelt Park, January 9th, 2010.
2. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT BRING 3 PRINTED COPIES OF YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
3. The free version of ADOBE READER must be used to complete this form. Adobe Reader can be downloaded directly from the Adobe Web Site. CLICK HERE
4. To access the registration form, click on the form to the left. The form will automatically be opened by Adobe Reader.
5. Complete the form by filling out all fields and relevant drop-down boxes.
6. Print 3 COPIES of the form and bring them and your fees to Greenbelt Park on January 9th.
7. If you are new to Upland Hilltoppers, be sure to bring your child's birth certificate to the registration.

All Divisions (T-Ball Excluded): $160
T-Ball: $100

LATE REGISTRATION FEE. The following are exempt from the $25 late registration fee: 1) Players new to our league; 2) Girls who recently tried out for the Upland HS softball team; 3) T-Ball players.
