Upland Hilltoppers

Upland Hilltoppers is Upland's recreational fastpitch league established to provide an opportunity for youths to develop their skills and sportsmanship while playing fast pitch softball. We take pride in the fact that anyone can sign up to play in our recreational league. Hilltoppers affords the opportunity for children of the Upland community to develop their skills and knowledge of softball through positive coaching and good sportsmanship.

2009 Registration Instructions

1. You will need to bring a completed registration form and applicable fees with you to one of our scheduled registration sessions (see dates below).
2. To access the registration form, click on the form to the left. The form will automatically be opened by Adobe Reader.
3. Complete the form by filling out all fields and relevant drop-down boxes.
4. Print 3 copies of the form and bring them and your fees with you to one of the following registration times.
   Wednesday, Jan 7th, 7:00pm, UJH School
   Saturday, Jan 10th, 9am–12pm, UJH School
5. Note that this year we will only accept forms completed in this manner.
6. If you are new to Upland Hilltoppers, be sure to bring your child's birth certificate to registration.
7. You will need the free version of ADOBE READER installed to complete this form. Most computers already have it installed. If not, CLICK HERE to access the Adobe site.

All Divisions (T-Ball Excluded): $145
(Early sign-up discount of $10 if sign up is completed prior to tryout date of
Jan 17th. No exceptions)

T-Ball: $100
(No early sign up discount)
